1. Time
We would spend more time reading with her, doing crafts, experimenting or even just playing with her.
2. Patience
She's growing up so fast and love to ask more questions. Sometimes, it's very easy to just dismissed her and answer her "I don't know". We would be more patient and answer her questions more diligently.
3. Spiritual truths
She's now very open to spiritual truths, so it's really the best time to inculcate to her these things. She likes to read books and devotional, so we would teach her more about the Bible, Jesus and faith.
4. Prayer
Emma is growing up so fast. She already has her own perspective of things and her own personality. She's also learning up so fast, so it's really best to cover her with prayers everyday.
5. Love
We will always try to make her feel loved. We will try to always fill her love tank.
What other intangible gifts can we give to our child?
Good stuff. I am so thankful, personally, for parents who gave me the heritage of those that fear "the LORD's" name (I would say, "Yahauah's name".) Also, my parents have given us, their children, the gift of encouraging us to think for ourselves. Even when they have not (and even do not) agree with me, I always know that they love me and respect my privilege and responsibility of thinking for myself. And, seriously? Just keep GIVING her the gift of YOURSELF! You two are like "peas in a pod"! I love it when you "twin" (in other words, wear matching outfits.) Also, you are very gentle with her - and do not crush her, even when she really puts you to the test. I love the way she has blossomed into the young lady she is - and she has learned it from you! Honestly? As I said! Continue to give her the gift of modeling loving God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, and loving your neighbour as yourself! Way to go!
