* dalgona coffee

My own version of Dalgona coffee |
I've seen this trend on facebook. Since I love coffee, starbucks and timhortons, I've decided to give it a try. I was hooked. This dalgona coffee is so good. It's easy to make and only uses 3 ingredients (instant coffee, sugar and water).
* milk tea (made my own bobba pearls)
I also missed drinking bubble tea/ milk tea. I have some tapioca pearls and I've made my own version of brown sugar milk tea. Then, when I used all of the tapioca pearls, I've decided to make my own bobba pearl using tapioca flour. It was time consuming and I'm not really good in rolling the tapioca to pearls.
For my tea, I brewed David's tea choco chaga black tea, mixed some milk and added the pearls. It was so good. The pearls are so soft. I love what I've done.

Added (April 29): I've also made maja de blanca. I saw a post in fb and I tried it. It was actually very easy to made.
2. Read books
It's always my yearly goal to read more books. This quarantine time gave me opportunity to do it.
I'm done with Anxious for Nothing by Max Lucado, and also an ebook Coronavirus and Christ by John Piper.

I'm back to writing blogs too. I usually write when I have an inspiration. These days, I've just decided to just write like a personal diary. It's good to write them down all of the things I'm doing, thinking or feeling.
5. Listening to podcasts
I also enjoyed listening to my favorite podcasts. I've been binge listening to them. Here's the link of the podcasts I've been listening to. https://bimmy27.blogspot.com/2020/03/what-ive-been-listening-lately.html?m=1

Oh! I have been FIGHTING to get to bed on time! I even set my alarm clock to sound at 9:30 PM. Then? I heard this sound! A beeping! And I thought: what is that? I got up and moved towards the noise, and then remembered I had set the alarm. Oh! Man! I REALLY have my work cut out for me NOW! I have signed up for FOUR THINGS! With my CREDIT CARD! I know that "he shall bring it to pass"; but definitely know I had better get to bed nice and early tonight... After I eat and do my dishes. And I know that that takes time! So I sure do pray I will get started soon! But I have also been recording myself reading Psalms and Proverbs once a month. And right now? I am listing to this sermon! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NfTeHPz4RHE&feature=youtu.be&fbclid=IwAR2ONYCkqAAf-Yae1lbM6Olkt_5yGELorGwLPc5ZrQjd0chDb4LyJT2eQL8
ReplyDelete...and have really enjoyed it! It is my friend, Bradley Maston, whom I met in South Korea! I have never heard him preach a sermon; but I am impressed! This guy is relentless!
Today, I got my walk around the pond or lake at Elliston Park early! And I did my exercises! I sent you the live video I recorded so you could (if you do not mind) show it to Maria Victoria, but if you can get something out of it too, even better! I started with the exercises my Chiropractor gave me, and then did "Ascension", which I learned from Ryan Maxwell while I was a member at Anytime Fitness.
Another thing I have been doing is the Sudoku puzzles in the Epoch Times, which comes once a week. I used to hate Sudoku. But then I just got started. Now? I do the easy one, and then the hard one, and then "Super Sudoku"! It is still a challenge, doing Super Sudoku, but it gets easier and easier. The last one I did, at least I transitioned from "pen" to "pencil" early enough, that I did not have to cross out anything I had written in pen. (At first, I only used a pen - but then I realized I had better at least use a pencil at a certain point in Super Sudoku.)
…Now, at the end of Bradley Maston's sermon, they are singing "Abide With Me", which is one my favourites. Especially now!
